  • How long does it take for me to set up my service? It will only take approximately 3-5 minutes for you to set up your service. 

 

  • Can I cancel my service anytime? Yes, you can cancel your service anytime you like. There is no contract, no commitment, and no cancellation fees. 

 

  •  Do I have to pay extra money every month for additional TV's in my house? There are no additional fees for up to 4 TV's in your home. It is only $24.99/month. Anything over 4 TV's is $5 extra per TV

 

  • What areas do you provider service in? We provide services worldwide. In every country.

 

  • When is my bill due each month? You are billed every 30 days from the time of your purchase of service.

 

  • Can I get service on my smartphone as well? Yes, you can get service on your smartphone. You would activate it the same way you would on your television. You will receive email instructions once you purchase.

 

  • Which channels are excluded from my service? There are no channels that are excluded. You receive every channel there is at no additional cost. Every channel, TV series, pay per view, and all sports packages.

 

  • Do I have to pay extra for pay per view channels? No. Pay per view channels are included in the $24.99 a month service. No extra costs.
